THA and Walker Macy worked on a comprehensive plan that refined the existing West Campus Plan on the UC Riverside campus. The new Plan introduces a landscape of buildings including the West Campus Graduate & Professional Center, a potential School of Medicine and additional academic buildings. THA also developed graduate apartment and housing concepts to address the growth of the campus to an enrollment of 25,000 students.

In addition, we carefully evaluated the design styles on the campus to create the Campus Design Guidelines which the West Campus Graduate & Professional Center will follow. These guidelines will ensure that future buildings are indicative of the University's essence and intentions.
