THA completed the 6-Block Master Plan and Schematic Design for the Portland State University Urban Center. The goal for the development was to create a vibrant 24-hour urban district, combining University uses, housing, retail and business incubation space. The Master Plan included an unconventional mix of partnerships including city, state, and federal stakeholders, in addition to students, civic and neighborhood groups. The process required intense coordination and dedicated consensus building.
