THA has been selected to provide Architectural services to support PCC's Cascade Campus 2008 Bond construction projects. The primary program driver for the project includes expanding facilities to support an Excellence in Education focus. Other anticipated improvements include expansion of the first responders program and the Facilities Maintenance Technology (HVAC and Controls) programs. Significant improvements/renovations/rethinking of the Student Center building and its associated student activity spaces is anticipated. PCC anticipates adding approximately 93,000 sf of new space, which will be comprised of two new buildings or major additions to existing structures. In addition, PCC anticipates renovating approximately 48,000 sf of space.
