The North Rim is a 122-home site, 200-acre development spreading from Awbrey Butte to the Deschutes River in Center Oregon. The North Rim Lodge was designed as a showcase for the architectural and landscaping standards established for the homes of North Rim. It is also used by homeowners for social gatherings, special events, meetings and conferences.
