Jonah Cohen

Jonah has been with THA for 22 years and has worked on some of the firm's most complex projects, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival New Theatre; the Reid Campus Center for Whitman College; the University of California Santa Cruz Humanities Facility; and the Bus Processing Inspection Facility at the Lincoln-Juarez United States Land Port of Entry for the U.S. General Services Administration.

Jonah has a long history of project management and is skilled at coordinating multi-phased and complex projects. Jonah received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City. He is recent past President of the Architecture Foundation of Oregon and is a former Board member for the AIA Portland Chapter. Jonah has twice been a key presenter at the Oregon Design Conference, attended by leading architects and others interested in Oregon design issues, and the AIA Pacific and Northwest Region Conference in 2003. He is a recognized local industry expert on the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process, and has given several talks on the firm's sustainably-designed projects.
